A FLOODED prison and the home of a juror devastated by three feet of water caused major disruption to a Stourport murder trial being heard at at Hereford Crown Court yesterday. (Monday, July 23) Defendant Staurt Heath, 28, was being held on remand at Gloucester prison, which flooded at the weekend. His co-accused of the murder of Phillip Green, 46, at the Bird In Hand pub in Stourport is Derek Jones, also 46, who was being held nearer to Hereford and had arrived in time for yesterday's proceedings.  more...
