THE widely changeable weather was for a second week the big talking point in Bromsgrove. During that time the town had experienced snow, frost, sleet, rain, sunshine and a thaw plus winds from all four quarters. Ice on the pools at Grafton Manor and Hewell was thick enough to bear and had attracted hundreds of skaters.
