Spring clean at company

From the Worcester News, first published Wednesday 17th Jan 2007.

WHEN Worcester accountants and tax advisers Rabjohns embarked on a major overhaul of their storage systems at their offices in College Yard they called in the experts.

Having been in College Yard alongside the cathedral since 1935, Rabjohns now has more than 9,000 confidential client files, many of which may need to be referred to by the Rabjohns team at any time.

Not only have document volumes grown steadily, but having had planning permission for a revamp of their listed building, Rabjohns began to run out of storage space. So they decided it was time to opt for professional storage solution advice from Whitefoot-Forward of Hartlebury.

The firm took Rabjohns' database and placed it in an online archive so staff can access items from their desks, call up the required items for delivery and specify the level of urgency.
