URBAN dance, stand-up comedy and a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta are at the Courtyard in Hereford this week.
Tonight (Friday) is comedy night in the Studio with the surreal Seymour Mace and quirky Dom Woodward on stage. Part of the Courtyard's regular Comedy Club, tickets cost £8.50.
Also this evening is Rumble, the hip-hop Edinburgh Fringe hit. Rumble is Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet recreated through urban dance and is performed by the German Renegade Theatre Company. Tickets cost £10-14.
Yeoman of The Guard, by Gilbert and Sullivan, is performed from Tuesday to Saturday, March 7-11, by Hereford Gilbert and Sullivan Operatic Society.
The production promises a mix of death sentences, deceit, fun and frivolity. Tickets range from £9 to £12 and the box offices is on 0870 11 22 330.
