STUDLEY'S own New Century Theatre Company is set to entertain with its production of Billy Liar.
The group will present the 1960s hit comedy on Friday at Studley Village Hall, echoing previous successes of Pygmalion and Hobson's Choice.
The play, set in a northern city, sees frustrated 19-year-old Billy Fisher, who dreams of life in London as a scriptwriter for a TV sitcom.
But Billy's constant lies land him in hot water as the comic masterpiece reaches its conclusion.
This year, the NCTC claims to boast some of the freshest talent to have emerged from the Midlands, and organisers are looking forward to performing in Studley, especially as they have enjoyed such fantastic support in recent years.
Tickets priced £8 (concessions £6) are available from the box office on 852070 or from the village hall.
