Lies come back to haunt Billy

THE 1960's classic play Billy Liar comes to the stage for one night at the Norbury Theatre on Saturday, March 25.
Billy Liar charts the life of a charming young dreamer who lives in his own fantasy word to escape from his dull life working at an undertaker.
While he works in one of life's more morose jobs in his dreams 'Billy' is a West End scriptwriter.
However, his glamorous fantasy world is shattered when both of his fiancées turn up demanding their engagement rings.
The play's original showing catapulted Albert Finney into the limelight. Billy Liar was written Keith Waterhouse and Willis Hall.
The new production is directed by Worcester resident Bill Bowen and uses local actors.
Tickets for the show, which start at 7.30pm, cost £8 for adults (£6 concessions) and can be bought by calling the Norbury's box office on 01905 770154.
