Ensemble in appeal for string musicians

EAGER musicians are needed to join the Bewdley String Ensemble for its new season.

String players can be aged between eight and 80 and need to be a minimum grade three standard.

An informal concert is being given by the group on Saturday from noon until 12.45pm at St Cecilia's Church in Hoo Road, Kidderminster.

It will include music by Mozart, Schubert and Grieg and there will be a retiring collection for the church.

A second concert will be held at St Anne's Church in Bewdley the following Saturday at 12.30pm.
