A DETERMINED teenager from Droitwich starts her singing career on Saturday, March 18, by performing a variety of songs at the Doverdale Arms on Saturday, March 18 (8.30pm start).
Vanessa Tuzzio, aged 14, makes the big step from practising in her bedroom to singing front of a crowd at the pub on Stalls Farm Road, in Droitwich.
The Droitwich Spa High School pupil is not new to public performance after being a member of Norbury Theatre company.
Vanessa's mother, Elaine, said: "Vanessa has always loved singing. This is a big step but she's always excelled at everything, she's very determined."
Vanessa will also be performing at the Droitwich pub on Saturday, April 15.
