A CLEOBURY Mortimer-based band is celebrating after moving into a new practice venue.
Cleobury Mortimer Concert Brass, which has been established for more than 100 years, has moved into the town's parish hall.
The band, which has recently changed its name from Muller Cleobury Mortimer Band, used to be based at engineering company, Muller England Ltd, in the town.
Chairman, Paul Wakeley, said: "This marks a historic day in the continued success of our band. Working together with the parish hall committee, the band will continue to provide high quality music for our audiences and a friendly, supportive, enjoyable environment for our members."
The band, which practices every Wednesday at 7.30pm, is on the look-out for new players - both beginners and experienced musicians - and, in particular, is looking for a new percussionist.
