Staff with stars in their eyes dressed as celebrities and helped raise more than £600 for charity.
Shoppers who went to Specsavers Opticians, Broad Street, Worcester, had to take a second look as Tom Cruise, James Bond and Catwoman were in store.
Staff dressed as film stars, played theme music, held a quiz and a raffle where customers could win a plasma TV.
Stephen Rogers, who dressed as Maverick from the film Top Gun, said: "We raised over £600, which will go to Acorns Children's Hospice.
"They are our chosen charity for this year and we want to raise a total of £5,000. So far, we have raised £1,265. The day was great fun and the customers loved it, we even had some taking photos."
The store directors Alan Richards and Stuart Burdett bumped up the total by donating £240 from sight test fees.
Staff are planning another Super Saturday fund-raising event to be held in June.
