WORKERS at the Hereford-based Wyevale Garden Centre group may face a move to Slough if they avoid redundancy.
Staff have been told the 150 headquarters jobs will be reduced to 90 in restructuring.
Some of these jobs will be based at a new West London headquarters that the company has announced will be in Slough. But Wyevale has not confirmed how many of the 90 remaining jobs will be in Hereford and how many will transfer to Slough.
The company is in discussion with employees and has not announced if Hereford employees offered work in Slough will be allowed to commute or have to relocate.
Wyevale has revealed the appointment of Mike Haines as director of retail operations and Michael Green-halgh, who joins the business as director of business development.
