Revamp of toilets

SIR - It's good to see the toilets in Angel Place being revamped. They were a bit of an eyesore for visitors coming to the city, and I agree with the council charging 20p a visit. This will enable them to buy cleaning materials and disinfectant. In Paris, for years, they've been charging people using the toilets - and then they increased the charge to 40 pence a time.
