WORCESTER business and tax advisers Rabjohns LLP has launched a new service for corporate clients.
CASH - the Rabjohns company and shareholder healthcheck - is available to all shareholders in private companies.
"Many owners of family companies are so busy running the business that they don't have time to review the structure of the company," said Rebecca Marshall, managing director of the College Yard firm.
"They then find, when they come to sell or retire, that the company's affairs have to be put in order before they can proceed with their plans."
