Re: Miss Margaret Nancy Hewins Deceased. We have been asked by the Executors of the above to express their appreciation of your article in last week's edition.
Unfortunately, there is an error in your report and the Executors would wish a correction to be printed in your next edition. Under her Will, when Miss Hewins died in 1978 she gave the right for one of the members of the Osiris group to live in the property rent free for as long as she wished. This lady lived in the property until 2005 when it was necessary for her to go into a Nursing Home. Accordingly, the Executors did not have vacant possession until the year 2005. This would explain the long period between the date of death and the sale of the property.
