Primrose Choir

THE choir had a very busy time in the months before Christmas performing a number of concerts for private groups and societies all over Redditch and Bromsgrove.

The third public concert of the year was the Christmas Concert, which was again held at the Rocklands Social Club in Redditch and was as successful as ever.

Unfortunately the musical director, Kay Hadley, was prevented by illness at the last minute from conducting but the choir was lucky enough to have an excellent substitute in Betty Hart.

Happily, Kay was soon back on her podium.

The choir has already begun performances in 2006 and has bookings throughout the year. They can always make time for more and will be pleased to sing for any function, meeting or event. To enquire about booking, call the musical director on 546158.

Profits from the choir's concerts are always donated to the Primrose Hospice and Cancer Help Centre.
