Hunt for con man

POLICE have released an artist's impression of a man they want to speak to in connection with a distraction burglary in Bidford.

A man claiming to be investigating a burst pipe pushed his way into the home of an elderly couple in Victoria Road.

He distracted the couple in the kitchen as a second man entered the house.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 24.

The first man was white, small in stature, with dark collar length hair, in his mid 30s and with a bushy moustache.

The second man seen coming down the stairs was also white, of bigger build, aged about 40, clean shaven with a ruddy complexion.
