BUSINESSES will be trying to beat the clock as they search for their perfect partners in Alcester.
Speed dating has moved up a gear and now companies have the chance to go on a ``date'' with other local industries for the chance to network.
Business speed dating is based on the idea of speed dating, where those taking part have a short time to impress - and then move on.
Alcester Chamber of Trade and Commerce chairman Andy Mills said: "It's easy, quick, fun and a good way of making lots of new contacts in a short space of time, which makes it ideal for business networking.
"Delegates will have the opportunity to showcase their businesses, form useful relationships with other businesses and increase profits."
