Digital TV for mobile phones

BT, Microsoft and Virgin Mobile are to join forces to launch Europe's first digital television service for mobile phones, a report said today.
Confirmation of the venture is expected later today at the 3GSM conference in Barcelona, the biggest mobile phone industry gathering of the year.
