Plan is rejected

PLANNERS have turned down an application for a temporary mobile home on land at Ryall. Mr and Mrs R Evans wanted to put the home on land at Hill View Gardens, as a residence for a key worker at their nursery. But the parish council and local residents objected and at a meeting of Malvern Hills District Council's southern area development control committee last week, officers recommended refusal. They said there was no need for a dwelling outside Ryall's settlement boundary. The committee voted to reject the plan.  more...
