SIR - May I praise the Worcestershire Royal Hospital for the prompt attention my husband received when he was admitted to the hospital. They get a lot of criticism and I thought it was about time they had some good press. I couldn't fault the hospital staff at all - they were all working under extreme pressure, but remained cheerful, and the hospital itself was spotless.
