Can you imagine smell of rubbish?

SIR - The council hopes when the wheelie bins system is up and running it will save them thousands of pounds.
This could turn out to be no saving at all when people are affected by rotting rubbish for two weeks. In the summer months, can you imagine the smell from this festering rubbish?
I think the rubbish should be collected every week and the recycled stuff every fortnight.
