CARE GROUPS CELEBRATE

Tony Billingham, president of the West Midlands Care Association, shakes hands with John Noott, president of the Registered Care Homes Association of Hereford and Worcester. The two groups struck a deal over Christmas which will make them one of Britain's biggest lobbying bodies on behalf of care and nursing services.
