Court Leet on parade

ALCESTER High Street ground to a halt on Sunday when the colourful Court Leet procession paraded through the town centre.
Accompanied by the Alcester Victoria Silver Band, the Court Leet and Guard of Honour marched from the town hall to St Nicholas Church for a service of thanksgiving.
Court Leet Marshall Andy Mills said: "The turnout was excellent and it was a great spectacle. The street was full on both sides with visitors and it was a great day."
