A CREATIVE company and the Duckworth Worcestershire Trust have joined forces to keep an eye on water levels.
Artwork Creative Limited, based near Malvern, designed a metal water level indicator with wildlife-themed markers to indicate the height of the River Severn at Worcester.
The design was forged by blacksmith Marcus Henke and installed at Chapter Meadows, close to Worcester Cathedral.
It is part of the trust's project to create two new trails and display boards on the flood plain, thanks to a £7,561 grant from the Severn Waste Environment Fund.
Mark Driscoll, project manager for the trust, said: "We are keen to promote public access to the Meadows, while maintaining and improving the wildlife diversity of the site."
