WORCESTER'S Radio Five Live sports journalist Chris Green was signing copies of his new football book Matchday at Worcester City's home game against Bemerton Heath Harle-quins today.
Chris, who lives in Warndon Villages, watched his first football match at the St George's Lane ground as a youngster at Stanley Road junior school and then Nunnery Wood High.
Matchday is his third book and follows the unfolding drama of a typical football Saturday thro-ugh the eyes of 18 people connected with the sport.
One of the central characters is former City director Bob Marley.
Copies of the book were on sale at the Worcester City club shop today for the FA Cup Second round qualifying tie against Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
