Last Friday (September 9) at approximately 1pm, I approached the Three Counties crossroad traffic lights from the direction of Hanley Swan. I turned right at the lights from Hanley Road into Blackmore Park Road only to be confronted by a queue of vehicles some 20m in front of me.
