NEW recruits are being sought for the Upton Troop Army Cadet Force. Anyone aged between 12 and 18 can join. The troop, which used to meet in the Memorial Hall, is currently looking for a new base and will meet temporarily at the home of the Malvern troop in Clarence Road.
