FANS of the cult band Queen could be in for a treat when The Royal Family takes to the stage at Ragley Hall on Friday August 6.

The open-air tribute is part of the music and firework weekend being presented in the grounds of the impressive stately home at Alcester on August 6 and 7.

The band is aiming to faithfully re-create all the famous Queen hits live on stage including We will Rock You, This Thing Called Love, Bohemian Rhapsody and the great - We Are The Champions.

The audience is being invited to bring along a picnic and dance the night away under the stars as the group builds up to a fabulous firework finale.

Also at Ragley music lovers can enjoy the Proms Spectacular concert on Saturday August 7. Facilities on site for both events are to include a concert restaurant, licensed bar, pre-booked mini-marquees, tables and chairs and a concert shop.

Tickets for the rock band range from £18 for adults and £5 for children, reduced if booking in advance. For the proms they range from £26 for adults and £13 for children, also with reductions for advanced bookings.

Gates open at 5.30pm for an 8pm start, for further details and advanced bookings for concerts and restaurant phone 0845 644 2355.
